But as a kid, I grew up near Itasca State Park and only recently have I realized the scope of what I was entitled too!

Olympic_small.png The Sochi Winter Olympics just ended and despite cycling being featured in the Summer Olympics since their modern rebirth in 1896, women weren't given thier due until the Los Angeles games in 1984. For the video review this week, we will take a look at that first road race in '84 and move forward.

Plus, the more time on a bike, less in a car, there would be far less diabetes and heart disease.

OK, you probably do that anyway in your every day life, still staying or getting in shape my take some turbo training and it can be a bearable, seasonal necessity.  Love or hate the trainer it can be fairly mind-numbing, though there are a few ways to make it more interesting.
